1. Overview & Scope
This Enterprise Privacy Policy outlines how 1-SAPs ("we", "our", or "the Platform") collects, processes, and protects operational manufacturing data, inventory telemetry, and operator identity information when utilizing our Warehouse Management System across mobile (Flutter iOS/Android) and web (Next.js) portals.
1-SAPs is engineered strictly for authorized corporate enterprise manufacturing deployments. We adhere to stringent confidentiality protocols and industrial data security frameworks.
2. Information Collected
A. User & Operator Telemetry
Employee IDs, role authorizations (RBAC), shift schedules, material requisition logs, and station IP addresses for auditing.
B. AI Visual Search & Camera Data
Photographs of factory spare parts and raw materials captured via the mobile Flutter app. These images are processed transiently by our Python Flask Computer Vision microservice strictly for feature extraction and similarity matching. Images are never sold or utilized for third-party public AI training.
C. Logistics & Dispatch Records
Pickup counter QR scans, Otodoke (お届) transit timestamps, internal delivery coordinates, and machine-line association IDs.
3. Data Protection & Security Architecture
We implement defense-in-depth security measures to protect manufacturing intellectual property and prevent inventory tampering:
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 for all HTTP/WebSocket data-in-transit, and AES-256 for PostgreSQL databases and Redis caches at rest.
- Access Isolation: Multi-tenant database partitioning ensures client inventory records are completely separated.
- Immutable Audit Trails: Every stock lock, Pickup verification, and Otodoke handover generates a cryptographic, tamper-evident log.
4. Data Retention & On-Premises Options
Enterprise clients may configure data retention policies according to internal compliance requirements (e.g., 90 days, 1 year, or permanent archive). For air-gapped or high-security facilities, 1-SAPs offers self-hosted on-premises Kubernetes deployments where zero telemetry leaves your private network.
