Terms of Service

1. Master Subscription & Licensing

By accessing, deploying, or utilizing the 1-SAPs Warehouse Management System (including the Flutter companion mobile apps, Next.js administration portal, Express.js backend services, and Python AI vision APIs), your enterprise entity agrees to be bound by these Master Terms of Service.

1-SAPs grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable enterprise license to execute the software for factory raw materials management, internal parts requisition, and warehouse logistics.

2. Service Level Agreement (99.9% Uptime SLA)

Recognizing that factory floor downtime directly impacts manufacturing output:

• Core API & Stock Reservation: 99.9% monthly availability for Express.js API, PostgreSQL transactions, and Redis distributed locking.
• Emergency Response: Priority 1 (P1) factory halts receive 24/7 dedicated engineering engagement within 15 minutes under active Enterprise Support tiers.
• Offline Grace Mode: Flutter mobile scanner clients feature offline queueing to sustain basic material scans during transient factory WiFi disconnects.

4. AI Image Search Warranty & Verification

The Python Flask AI Image Search engine provides automated visual similarity matching with probabilistic confidence scores. For high-criticality machinery parts (e.g. hazardous electrical switches or high-pressure valves), operators are required to confirm physical part numbers against the system specification before installation.

5. Intellectual Property & ERP Integration

All proprietary algorithms, Otodoke dispatch heuristic engines, UI designs, and microservice architectures remain the intellectual property of 1-SAPs. All customer inventory data, CAD models, BOMs, and manufacturing logs remain 100% the exclusive property of the customer.
